Goddess of Planeptune

Neptune is a techno witch. A rare kind of witches that had adapted to tech and learned to use it as they please. They where even called Tech Gods. They had split into four individual clans and created cities: Planeptune, Lastation, Leanbox and Lowee. Each clan helps the other and they live united. Neptune is the ''goddess'' of Planeptune, located in the north forests, and is famous for its weaponry and amazing food. The 4 city's are close to each other so that the goddesses are able to travel short distances and keep in touch easily, following the afternoon tea ceremony which is native for Asian witches. Neptune wields dark energy mostly, as each goddess wields a unique type of power. She has various ways to use that energy, and rules Planeptune with ease, without even reaching close to being strict ruler. Her nickname is Purple Heart, mostly because she has a warm heart and because her hair is purple.
